Description
John Hinde's postcards of Ireland are instantly recognisable for their bright sunshine and blue skies, depicting a country seemingly populated by happy donkeys and charming cottages that appear to grow upward from the earth itself. In these vibrant images, the world is a sunnier, less complicated place.
In In Hinde-sight, Paul Kelly embarks on a photographic pilgrimage through Ireland, capturing some places that have changed forever, and some that remain unchanged. With his own unique vision, Kelly returns to John Hinde's iconic images, revealing the enduring beauty of this captivating country.
