Description

Described as a thrilling and epic new play, "Describe the Night" by Rajiv Joseph spans ninety years of Russian history, tracing the interconnected stories of seven individuals bound by myth, conspiracy theories, and historical events.

The work weaves together three distinct narratives: one set in 1920 with the Red Cavalry, another in 1990 with a mysterious KGB agent, and a final one in 2010 following an aircraft crash in Smolensk. Joseph's play masterfully interweaves these disparate threads to create a gripping narrative that explores the complexities of human connection.

Through its intricate web of characters and historical events, "Describe the Night" raises thought-provoking questions about the nature of history, identity, and the power of storytelling.
