Benedicta "Ben" O' Keeffe and her boyfriend Police Sergeant Tom Molloy rush to Dublin after receiving news that some strangers have moved in with Ben's parents. Gavin's appearance at the festival is met with enthusiasm, but his reading is cut short when he collapses on stage. Ben discovers that she holds the will of the deceased author, drafted by her predecessor. As she delves into the complex legal matter surrounding Gavin's estate, a murder is revealed, and it becomes clear that nothing can be resolved until justice is served.
