Description
When an intrepid team of astronauts sets its sights on finding the stupidest species in the universe, they may not expect to find it on planet Earth. However, the inhabitants of this planet are so consumed by consumerism that their search for stupidity could never be topped.
The Bellsurpians, who have been searching for a suitable target, soon discover that Earth's creatures are all one big, confusing mess. Despite struggling to understand why dogs can't read "Keep Off The Grass" signs, the powers-that-be on Bellsurp decide to take matters into their own hands and either control or destroy the planet.
The fate of Earth hangs in the balance as the intelligent Bellsurpians try to prevent its annihilation. Meanwhile, a militia led by General Battleprop sees an easy target and prepares for battle. A clash between two groups with vastly different values is inevitable, leaving only one winner.
