Description

Torla and Smorla and The Lower Than Average Cloud is a humorous lift-the-flap picture book about two giraffe friends who go for a walk together. Torla, the taller-than-average giraffe, gets her neck stuck in a stubborn cloud, and she needs help from her friend Smorla to get out.

As they navigate through their walk, they encounter various obstacles, including three lazy lions, two bingo-playing hippos, and a silly sunbathing elephant. With its bright and humorous drawings, this book is full of uproarious deadpan humor that will have kids and grown-ups giggling as they turn the pages.

Not only is it an amusing read, but The Lower Than Average Cloud also teaches children the importance of being considerate and helpful to others, as Smorla helps her friend Torla out of a difficult situation. A heartwarming story about enduring friendship, this book is perfect for little ones who love animals and silly adventures.
