Description

The Anthill is a searing exploration of privilege, racism, and redemption in the Instagram age. Lina has come home to Colombia after being sent away twenty years ago, searching for her childhood friend Matty who now runs a day care refuge for street kids.

As she begins volunteering at The Anthill, Lina is met with a reunion that is not what she hoped for. She struggles to reconcile the past and present, as strange happenings start taking place at the refuge: unsettling pictures are drawn by the children, and mysterious sightings of a small boy with pointy teeth appear.

Is this a vision of the boy Lina once knew, or something more sinister? Her search for atonement may cost Matty dearly. This is a wildly original blend of social horror and satire that will leave you questioning the true meaning of home and redemption.
