Description

The galaxy's most unlikely hero has arrived. Vance Turbo, captain of the E.S.S Ares, is no ordinary space explorer. After years of helping refugees, he found himself at the centre of a star-blowing incident that saved everyone - and now he's on a mission to uncover the truth behind it. Turbo's crew, however, is made up of individuals who didn't quite make the cut for Space Academy. But with lowered enlistment standards, they've been given a second chance. As Turbo navigates this unorthodox team, he must also contend with the Elder Races' demands and the sinister Notha Emperor's unexpected friendship offer. In this hilarious and action-packed series, C.T. Phipps and Michael Suttkus lampoon the space opera and military science fiction genres, delivering a laugh-out-loud adventure that's out of this world.
