Description
Soppelsa: A Focus on Space and Project Program
The Soppelsa Architekten approach emphasizes the interconnectedness of spaces, exploring their qualities, materialization, proportions, and light guidance in relation to project programs. This philosophy has been instrumental in securing numerous competition successes for the firm since its founding in 2012.The brothers Mario and Nino Soppelsa's work spans various scales, from residential projects like the semi-detached house in Esslingen (2015) to larger developments such as the Hagmannareal Winterthur-Seen residential estate. Their notable Oberrüti double sports hall project was also recognized among the Best Architects 2023 list.
