Description

Set Free: An Anthology of Short Stories and Flash Fiction. This original collection of short stories and flash fiction was written by students from The Priory School, Hitchin, for World Book Day 2022. It explores diverse genres and themes, including prison escapes, addiction, and tales told from the perspectives of outcasts and loners as they rise up against their oppressors. The anthology reflects the experiences of young writers who faced challenges during the global pandemic, finding new ways to connect through writing. The resilience of this generation is a testament to the strength of the human character, making these stories particularly apt for 2022 and beyond. Dedicated to young readers and writers worldwide, Set Free offers an escape into a fantasy world where imagination can run free.
