Description
Sandersville is the autobiography of Reverend Ned Kellar, an ordained United Methodist Minister who spent 18 years in his hometown before leaving for college. Born in Picayune, Mississippi in 1937, Kellar recounts his life journey from small-town roots to a career in ministry.
After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern Mississippi, Kellar met and married Dorothy Dickinson, and began working towards his Master of Divinity at Emory University. He later returned to Mississippi to establish a ministry in Sandersville, where he served for many years.
In addition to his ministry, Kellar has also held leadership roles, including Executive Director of the Brevard Library Foundation in Florida. Today, he lives with his wife and enjoys time with his grown children and grandchildren.
