Building on the success of its first two volumes, Remembering the Kanji 3 introduces an additional 800 kanji characters to help upper-level learners achieve proficiency in Japanese writing and reading.

The selection of new kanji is based on frequency lists and cross-checked against standard Japanese dictionaries, ensuring that students have access to a comprehensive set of characters for advanced study.

With the same methods as its predecessors, this book provides separate sections for learning the writing and reading of these new characters, using only a few new 'primitive elements' and introducing alternative forms where necessary. Seven indexes are included to aid reference and reinforce key concepts.
