Description
Reading the Bible from the Margins explores how issues of race, class, and gender shape our understanding of the biblical text. This introduction reveals that traditional readings of the Bible may not be universally accepted by all groups, particularly those on the margins.
The book offers valuable new insights into biblical texts, highlighting the need for a more nuanced and inclusive approach to interpreting the scriptures. By examining these issues, readers can gain a deeper understanding of the complexities and challenges of reading the Bible in today's world.
