Description

Punk! Hardcore! Reggae! PMA! Bad Brains! is a comprehensive look at one of rock's most influential bands. Formed in the late 1970s, the Bad Brains blended punk, hardcore, reggae, metal, and funk to create a unique sound that has inspired numerous artists over the years.

The band's eclectic style has been reflected in their music, with standout tracks like "Pay to Cum," "Sailin' On," and "Re-Ignition" showcasing their range. Despite their influence on many notable bands, including the Beastie Boys and Nirvana, the Bad Brains never managed to break through to mainstream success.

This book brings together a wealth of interviews with key figures from the music world, offering a unique perspective on the band's history and legacy. With contributions from artists such as Anthrax's Charlie Benante and Hatebreed's Jamey Jasta, Punk! Hardcore! Reggae! PMA! Bad Brains! is a worthwhile read for fans of rock music and those interested in the story behind one of its most iconic bands.
