Description
Swiss-American architectural studio agps presents a unique visual exploration of their design and building activities over three decades. This book delves into the studio's archive, featuring 160 illustrations that showcase their work in various formats, including models, photographs, drawings, and realized buildings. The images are organized around thirteen spatial configurations that represent agps's core design concepts and summarize central elements of their ideas. These terms also define the formal presence of their designs, offering a multifaceted perspective on the studio's approach to architecture. An essay by architecture writer Sabine von Fischer complements this visual exploration, while an index provides a comprehensive list of featured buildings and projects.
