The heist was notable not only for its scale, but also for the sophistication of the security system that was breached. Millar's involvement in the robbery led to his capture, conviction, and imprisonment. However, his release was a key part of the Northern Ireland Peace Process, negotiated by Bill Clinton. This book tells the story of Millar's life, from his childhood in Belfast to his time in Long Kesh internment camps, and the events leading up to and following the Brink's heist.
