Description
Omnisubjectivity: A Defense of a Divine Attribute by Linda Trinkaus Zagzebski explores how our understanding of subjectivity affects our perception of God's attributes. The concept of omnipresence and omniscience is re-examined in light of modern conceptions of subjectivity, revealing the need for a new attribute to be applied to God: omnisubjectivity. This attribute encompasses the complete and accurate grasp of every conscious state from an individual's first-person perspective. Zagzebski argues that God must possess omnisubjectivity, addressing concerns about its moral and ethical implications on God's relationship with His creatures.
