Description
An octopus has grown to enormous size and is now cooking Grandma. In this clever picture book, Ramsey uses his art and intellect to rescue his beloved abuela.
The story can be read in two ways: by keeping the pages folded, where Ramsey tells a story to his family, or by opening the fold-out pages to reveal his real adventure with the giant octopus.
This beautifully illustrated book celebrates creativity, heroism, and family, while also exploring Latinx culture and traditions. The author's note includes a recipe for Octopus Stew, adding to the book's unique charm.
