Description

Myra Breckinridge & Myron is a provocative and unconventional novel that explores the complexities of identity and power. When Buck Loner's niece, Myra, arrives at his academy, the curriculum takes a strange and unexpected turn. Myra is determined to prove to her friend Dr Montag that it is possible to work out all one's fantasies and survive.

As Myra navigates her way through time, she finds herself on a series of time-travelling missions to try to change cinema history and introduce her radical theories of population control. Meanwhile, her alter ego, Myron, tries desperately to stay in the present and avoid detection. This is a story about the contest between two personas, each with their own desires and ambitions.

With its unique blend of humor, satire, and philosophical inquiry, Myra Breckinridge & Myron is a thought-provoking and entertaining read that challenges the reader to think about the nature of identity and power.
