Description
The Father delights in his Son. This is the starting point of mission, its very core. For centuries, the word "mission" has been used to describe God's sending of his Son and Spirit into the world. Yet, for many, it remains an ordinary activity - until we consider why it matters. At its heart, mission is about love: a cascade of love flowing from the Father to the Son through the Spirit. This love overflows and flows through us to our Christian community and beyond, to a needy world. Tim Chester explores this concept in his book, inviting readers to step out and be part of something amazing. Ordinary individuals are called to be part of the most exciting venture in history - one that matters deeply to God himself.
