Description
This memoir blends fact and reflection as the author recounts his experiences in Ibiza from 1970 to 1984. A mix of personal story and analysis, it explores the island's transformation from a troubled place to a hub for wealthy entrepreneurs.
The book delves into specific events, such as the founding of the legendary discoteca Amnesia, and offers a unique perspective on the period. The author's tone is informal and conversational, aiming to recreate the atmosphere of his time on the island rather than present a formal argument or disprove misconceptions.
Through this account, the author shares his memories and sensations from that era, drawing on personal experience whenever possible.
