Description
Mary's Prayer is a memoir that chronicles her 14-year journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. During this time, Mary struggled to find work due to illness, but instead turned to studying psychology as a way to understand herself better. Music played a significant role in her healing process, with the songs of John Lennon and The Beatles serving as a source of comfort and inspiration. Her faith also played a crucial part, leading her to visit the Shrine of Lourdes in France and the Church of Frauenkirche in Munich, where she felt a deep sense of peace and connection. Through her experiences, Mary came to understand the importance of social psychology and the New Thought Movement in changing her attitudes and promoting personal growth. Her story is one of hope and resilience, and it may inspire others who are seeking to make positive changes in their own lives.
