Description
Lucilla is a poignant tale about a young girl who finds herself in a world of magic and kindness after being abandoned in a forest. Based on a classic story, this book offers a fresh perspective on the struggles of poverty and its impact on human relationships.
The author, Sarah Mazzetti, an Italian illustrator winner of the 10th International Illustration Award at the Feria de Bolonia, has created a story that is both personal and original. Here, she explores how poverty can lead people to make poor choices, highlighting the importance of overcoming adversity to build stronger relationships.
This beautifully illustrated hardcover book is a worthwhile read for anyone interested in stories about resilience and hope.
