Description
La venida de Dios escatología cristiana by Jürgen Moltmann The traditional focus of eschatology is often misunderstood as solely concerned with "the end" or "the final things". However, this narrow perspective would render the subject insignificant, as it would absolve humanity of engaging with reality and its problems, and neglect the fragile beauty that exists in earthly life. In contrast, Christian eschatology is not about the end, but about a new creation of all things; it is the hope that recalls the resurrection of Christ crucified, and speaks of a new beginning amidst the finality of death. This book explores the idea that God's glory will be revealed through a renewed humanity, history, and cosmos. Moltmann delves into the nature of this new creation, examining its significance for our understanding of the world and our place within it. Through his thought-provoking analysis, Moltmann offers a fresh perspective on Christian eschatology, one that challenges readers to reconsider their assumptions about the end times and the future of humanity.
