Description

John Wimber: A Life Revealed Carol Wimber's memoir offers an intimate look at the life of her husband John, a spiritual giant who left a lasting impact on the evangelical Church worldwide. This candid account reveals the man behind the public persona, including his generous nature, courageous battle with cancer, and the challenges he faced in his personal life. From their early days as Christians to their time together, Carol shares stories that showcase John's humility and commitment to serving Jesus. With unflinching honesty, she also explores the darker moments of their relationship, such as the near-breakup in 1961. This book is a worthwhile read for anyone seeking to understand this influential figure. A new foreword by Carol Wimber adds depth to this revised edition, now 22 years after its initial publication.
