Description

Set in the early 20th century American West, James Logan, Arizona Ranger tells the story of one man's journey from private to sergeant and beyond.

Logan's experiences as an Arizona Ranger are marked by confrontations with outlaws and a rise through the ranks. After five years of service, he is promoted to sergeant and takes charge of the Flagstaff station. He marries and starts a family, but his career continues to evolve. Logan serves until the Rangers close in 1936, then becomes County Sheriff for eight years.

Although the Rangers are reestablished in 1944, Logan's age makes him ineligible for active duty. Instead, he is appointed captain and instructor at the new Academy, bringing his experience to a new generation of lawmen.
