Description
Guillermo de Torre's only poetry collection, Hélices poemas (1918-1922), is a valuable document of the ultraísta movement and an artistic celebration of technological advancements in early 20th-century Spain.
The book features extravagant language and innovative typography, showcasing an important episode in Spanish poetry of the past century: the subversion of modernist aesthetics and the emergence of the Young Generation of the 27.
