Description
A powerful new play by David Eldridge, adapted from Thomas Vinterborg's screenplay of the film Dogme. Helge is celebrating his 60th birthday with family and friends, but one guest is noticeably absent: Christian's twin sister Linda, who recently took her own life. As dinner is served, Christian makes a shocking accusation, setting off a chain of events that slowly reveal the truth behind Linda's tragic death. The play explores the complex relationships within Helge's family and the devastating consequences of their actions. With its powerful themes and gripping storyline, Festen is a thought-provoking drama that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
