Fangirl Down UK: A Novel (Big Shots)

Wells Whitaker, once the hottest rising star in golf, has seen better days. His career is in shambles, and his personal life is no better. But one person remains a constant presence in his life - a beautiful, sunny redhead who has always cheered him on, even when he's at his worst. When Wells quits the sport in a blaze of glory, he realizes he's made a huge mistake. Josephine Doyle, the one person who believed in him, is now left wondering if she was right to do so. When Wells shows up at Josephine's doorstep with a wild proposal - to be his new caddy and help him turn his game around - she's tempted by the promise of cash and a fresh start. As they travel together, spending days on the green and nights in hotel rooms, sparks fly. But with Wells as her boss and an athlete, falling for his fangirl is considered ridiculous. Can they find a way to make it work, or will their relationship remain a secret? As they navigate the ups and downs of golf and life, Wells and Josephine discover that there's more to each other than meets the eye. With its mix of humor, heart, and sports, this novel is a fun and engaging read for fans of romance and contemporary fiction.
