Description

Ever Yours Sincerely tells the remarkable story of Katherine Stewart MacPhail, a trailblazing doctor who defied convention to make a difference in the lives of others.

From her early days studying medicine at Glasgow University to her courageous work as a doctor on the front lines during both World Wars, Katherine's life was marked by determination and compassion. She founded a special hospital for children suffering from tuberculosis, providing vital care to those in need, before facing numerous challenges and setbacks that forced her to leave behind her life's work.

This moving account of Katherine MacPhail's life is a testament to the power of human resilience and the enduring impact one person can have on their community. A portion of the book's proceeds will support the restoration of the "English Hospital" in Sremska Kamenica, a fitting tribute to her legacy.
