El juego de los crímenes perfectos

The Palacio de Hielo in Madrid is being used as a temporary morgue during the pandemic, but it cannot be closed due to an unclaimed body. Inspector Salado and his assistant Jaso accompany Judge Calvo to the preliminary investigation, which unexpectedly reveals a man wearing bespoke clothes and a gold Rolex watch inside the coffin. This discovery sets them on a macabre trail: a series of murders with each victim bearing a peculiar connection - they all have the signature of Dr Paloma Padierna, a young internist at the Gregorio Marañón hospital. The doctor is unaware of the investigation and is looking forward to her holidays, but the killer has other plans for her. As the bodies pile up, the investigation becomes increasingly complex. The victims' connections to Dr Padierna are revealed, drawing the inspector and his team deeper into a sinister game. With each new discovery, they edge closer to uncovering the truth behind the perfect crimes. The doctor's life is about to take a drastic turn as she finds herself at the centre of a deadly puzzle. Can Inspector Salado and Judge Calvo unravel the mystery before it's too late?
