Description

In a desperate bid to save his sister, James must navigate an isolated military hospital overrun by a horde of hungry chasers. As he fights to reach the army-secured medical building with his crew, they're relieved to discover she's managed to fend off the infection.

However, their reunion is short-lived as a sea of dead breach their barricade, forcing James to confront the reality that the secret to saving humanity lies outside the blockade. With the only means to retrieve the data being a perilous journey into the heart of the battleground, James must decide how far he's willing to go to keep his sister and the cure safe.

As the undead army closes in, James faces an impossible choice: risk everything to escape with the last hope for humanity or succumb to the merciless mob. With its gritty tale of desperation, Dead State Immune is a gripping addition to the dark post-apocalyptic series that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
