Description

Country Path Conversations is a collection of three imaginary conversations written by Martin Heidegger in 1995. Composed at a pivotal moment in history, these meditations explore key issues such as science and technology, the devastation of nature, war, and evil, and the possibility of release from representational thinking.

Heidegger's unique conversational style offers insight into his wartime and postwar thinking, as he grapples with fundamental questions about human existence and our relationship with being and the world. This translation presents a lucid and precise account of these conversations, making it an invaluable resource for understanding Heidegger's philosophical ideas.
