Tragically, his life was cut short when he died at the age of 15. Despite his untimely death, Carlo's story has continued to inspire and spread across the globe. In 2018, Pope Francis declared him venerable, and his beatification was celebrated in 2020. His journey towards sainthood is ongoing, and his legacy continues to grow.
