Description

Bosnian War Posters provides a unique visual account of one of Europe's most devastating conflicts. Spanning from April 1992 to December 1995, this collection of posters and graphic design offers an unparalleled insight into the Bosnian war and its aftermath. The book brings together key archive photos from the time, alongside new images that contextualise the events of the past. The result is a comprehensive pictorial study of the bloodiest European conflict since 1945, covering the entire conflict, including post-war reconstruction and the hunt for war criminals. This collection forms the only large, pan-Bosnian gathering of such material, providing an eyewitness account from those who lived through the horrors of the war.
