Description
Extreme weather has taken hold of continental Europe, causing chaos and disruption to daily life. Professor Mortimer is called upon by the French government to help solve an enigma, and he travels to Paris to visit his friend, Professor Labrousse.
However, when Mortimer arrives at the station, his taxi driver goes missing, making him a prime suspect in his own eyes. With no one to turn to, Mortimer reaches out to his old friend Blake for help, who just happens to be in France as well.
This gripping mystery follows Mortimer's attempts to clear his name and unravel the truth behind the strange weather phenomenon.
