Description

Berlioz the Bear's big night has arrived, but a buzzing double bass is causing trouble. With only minutes to spare before the gala ball in the village square, Berlioz steers his bandwagon into a hole and gets stuck.

As time runs out, a team of animals must work together to rescue Berlioz and his orchestra. Will they make it to the square on time? Jan Brett's beautiful illustrations bring this suspenseful tale to life with intricate details and humorous touches.

This cumulative story is full of surprises, from the village animals making their way to the square one by one to the clock striking eight in the end. A delightful read that will be looked at again and again, Berlioz the Bear's big night is a joy to behold.
