Description

Jason Webster embarks on a quest to uncover Spain's hidden Moorish legacy in this thought-provoking exploration of a country shaped by both Muslims and Christians. Through his journey, he reveals the neglected Arab ancestry that underlies modern Spanish culture. As he delves deeper into the heart of Andalusia, Webster meets individuals whose lives are intertwined with the region's complex history. One such person is Zine, a young immigrant from Morocco who finds himself caught up in the harsh realities of exploitation and slavery. Their unlikely friendship sets off a chain of events that takes them on a thrilling adventure through the rolling hills and vibrant cities of Andalusia. Through his experiences, Webster sheds light on the often-overlooked Arab heritage of Spain, while Zine's personal quest for peace and understanding offers a powerful counterpoint to the tensions between Muslims and Christians.
