Description

After is a deeply personal and poignant exploration of grief, loss, and the power of photography. In the aftermath of his partner's untimely death, Martin Kollar embarked on a journey through his own archive of photographs, uncovering hidden contexts and threads that had gone unnoticed before. As he delved into the past, Kollar began to see the world in a new light, where the boundaries between expectation and reality were constantly blurred. This powerful work is a testament to the enduring impact of love and loss on our lives, and the ways in which we find meaning in the memories that remain. Through his photographs, Kollar conveys the complexity and fragility of human experience, inviting us to reflect on the moments that shape us, and the ways in which they can forever change us.
