Description
A Mingled Yarn by Nick Hutchinson is a sweeping autobiography that weaves together the threads of his extraordinary life and adventures. Born into a world of theatre, Hutchinson's journey took him from the greats of British Theatre to revolutionary Europe, Canada, and the Wild West. As artistic director of The Caravan Stage Company, he mounted thought-provoking productions under the open skies, later founding the Caravan Farm Theatre for farm-centred shows. This autobiography is a testament to the power of theatre and the creative process, as well as a celebration of community and a simpler life lived on the land. Hutchinson's story has broad appeal, particularly for creative people and theatre lovers, who will find his tale of passion, idealism, and perseverance compelling.
