Description
Josh's life is filled with worries - water slides, school, global warming, sleepovers. But when his family starts acting strangely, he knows something is wrong. They're moving to Brighton and Josh has to start at a new school with new teachers, pupils, and everything. His old Worrybot, a homemade cardboard robot, used to help him cope by eating up his worst fears on pieces of paper. However, now that Josh is facing a new school, he's terrified that his anxiety will return. To make matters worse, there's a real-life learning robot in his class that allows one of his classmates, Charlie, to join lessons remotely. As Josh navigates this new situation, he forms an unlikely friendship with Charlie, who becomes his only friend at the moment. But what's holding back Charlie from attending school? A suspenseful story about emotional stakes, where anxiety and friendship collide.
