Description
This book explores the complex relationship between transitional justice and development, two fields that have traditionally operated in isolation from one another.
Conducted by the International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ), this research project examines how justice and recovery can be aligned in theory and practice, both at the individual and government levels as they reform.
The result is a nuanced understanding of how transitional governance issues are interconnected, and how justice and development can be made to work together to address the needs of marginalized communities.
