Description

On the Silver Globe is a trilogy of science fiction novels by Polish writer Jerzy Zulawski, first published between 1901 and 1911. This A+B edition marks its first English translation.

The story begins with an expedition of Earth astronauts who become stranded on the Moon after a shipwreck. They establish a colony, but over time, they lose most of their knowledge and are eventually ruled by a religious cult. The trilogy is presented in the form of a diary, offering a unique perspective on this thought-provoking tale.

Translated into several languages, including Russian, Czech, German, and Hungarian, On the Silver Globe has been reprinted numerous times in Poland. This edition provides an opportunity for English-speaking readers to experience Zulawski's vision of humanity's future.
